Please note that all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Kindly refer to our size guide and reach out with any questions before completing your order.
Returns for Damaged Items Only
We accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
To be eligible, please:
- Email us at info@uberstylewoman.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue
- Ensure the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and in original condition
If a replacement is available, we will ship it at no extra cost. If not, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is proven damaged. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
For items over $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Amy’Ok is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to have been delivered. If tracking shows a delivery was made, please contact your courier or local post office for assistance. We will provide all necessary shipping and tracking details upon request.
