ALL SALES ARE FINAL/REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds so please ask any questions you might have before purchase. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing. We do not take responsibility for customers purchasing the wrong size. We accept returns for refund or exchange only on damaged items.
Refunds and Exchanges (If applicable)
To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your item at email@example.com to alert us on the issue or damage, and then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase of your item. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED TO ITEMS NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.
Refunds (If applicable)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your replacement or refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (If applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and then contact your credit card company. It may take some processing time from your bank before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com, and return your item to us.
To return your item, please contact us prior to shipping the item. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
Lost or Stolen Packages
UberstyleWoman is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered by the customer. Upon request, we will provide date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
